Not at all. FS8 is designed for all fitness levels — from complete beginners to elite athletes. Our coaches modify every movement to match your level.
Grip socks (required), a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide towels and reformer equipment.
All FS8 classes are 50 minutes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first class so our team can set you up.
Yes — cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class time to avoid a late-cancel fee. You can manage bookings through the Mindbody app.
