This website, fs8domain.com, is operated by KB Fitness Domain Austin LLC dba FS8 Domain Austin (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We’re a boutique fitness studio located at 11101 Burnet Rd, Suite 190, Austin, TX 78758. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. We’ve written it in plain English — no legalese required.
We collect information in a few different ways depending on how you interact with us:
When you fill out a lead form on our site (for example, to claim our intro offer), we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We use this only to follow up about your request — nothing else.
When you book a class or purchase a membership, you’re using Mindbody (studio ID 5745766) or the FS8 franchise booking system (operated by FS8 Global Pty Ltd at fs8.com). Both platforms collect the information needed to process your booking — name, contact details, and payment information. That data is subject to their respective privacy policies in addition to ours.
Like most websites, ours automatically collects certain data when you visit. This includes your browser type, device, pages viewed, time on site, and how you arrived (e.g., a Google search or an Instagram ad). We collect this through cookies and third-party analytics tools described in Section 3.

We use GA4 to understand how visitors navigate our site — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and anonymized. Google may use it according to their own policies.

We keep lead form submissions (name, email, phone) for up to 12 months from the date collected. If you become a member or regular client, your booking history and account data are managed by Mindbody and retained according to Mindbody’s retention policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information — including using HTTPS on our site and relying on PCI-compliant payment processing through Mindbody. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute protection. If you have concerns, please reach out.
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we’ll delete it promptly.
We may update this policy occasionally — for example, when we add a new tool or service to the site. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We won’t send a notification for minor wording changes, but for anything material we’ll post a note on the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you’re okay with the revised policy.
